New Krilo’s Catamaran Eclipse arrived!

The very good news is coming from Krilo Kapetan Luka (krilo.hr) the fastest growing ferry company in Croatia. Its newly acquired tricat, fast catamaran ferry was delivered yesterday (26.02.2018) from Livorno in Italy to Split by cargo ship Industrial Faith. The newly arrived catamaran will replace Krilo Eclipse Trimaran which was recently sold after last summer’s successful completion of service.

One of the world’s largest passenger fast ferries, this new catamaran is 57 m long and 13 m wide with a max speed of over 40 knots. The high quality,?fully air-conditioned interior with adjustable seats that are set up over two passenger decks has a capacity of 440 passengers. The catamaran was built in 2001 and entirely overhauled and refitted in 2010.

It is expected that the new catamaran will serve regular passenger service operations between Split and Dubrovnik from spring this year.
