Cinema in Korcula Photos

The first cinema in Korcula Town was opened in 1926 on the western pier Riva in an improvised tent. It was soon moved to the nearby former warehouse. The cinema was run by a Russian emigrant, photographer Nikola Losjakov. The cinema was called ‘Progress’ (see below photos)
