We will be in Korcula on Sept 9 & 10. We are interested in seeing the Naval battle reenactment. If I read your site correctly the battle reenacting will be taking place those days. Is that correct and do you have a schedule of events?
Also I cannot understand the ferry link since there are words on the schedule that I can’t translate. I want a morning ferry to Dubrovnik on Sept 11. Is that possible? What do Pon. and Pet. mean. If I am reading it right the ferry leaves Korcula at 13:30 and arrives Dubrovnik at Sub. or Uto.18:30. What do these words mean?
We arrive on Sept 9 from Split. Does this mean we leave at 7:00 or 7:30? Again I wonder what does Uto and Sub mean? Do I arrive at 13:30?
Best for us would be the catamaran KRILO JET leaving Split at 17:00 arriving in Korcula at 19:25. Does this ferry come right into the main town of Korcula? Do I need a reservation for 2 foot passengers?
It looks like the autumn timetable for the catamaran to Dubrovnik is the one I have to use. Does that mean there is no catamaran from Korcula to Dubrovnik? Is it possible to get to the catamaran? Would I take a taxi? What is the closest town to depart from to get to Dubrovnik? My husband can’t sit on a bus for long periods of time since he has back problems.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
