Looking for apartment with View of Old Town & Sea

  I live in New Zealand and are coming to Kurcula in May 2005:

  Arrive : 5 May 2005

  Depart : 8 May 2005

  We are looking for an apartment which has views over the Old Town and sea views. We want to be quite close to the old town but not too close as to not get a great view.

  Done one any have any suggestions for apartments that may be suitable

  Also how close is the ferry terminal to the old town
