This lovely painting is made by well-known and celebrated Croatian lesbian feminist artist Nasta Rojc when she visited Korcula in 1927. The purpose of her visit was to supervise the building of her yacht Festina Lente which was built in the Korcula shipyard in the mid-1920s. More about her yacht is here. The painting represents the area of Punta Jurana in Korcula Town where several shipyards were located at the time.
