Introducing: Young Windsurfer from Korcula

This photo, taken sometimes during summer 2010, shows 15 year old Jakov Bakaric from Korcula, almost flying across Peljesac channel in strong Maestral – a typical Adriatic summer northwestern wind. Jakov is one among the group of local youth, who regularly enjoy windsurfing around Korcula and Peljesac.
In my future posts, I will try to introduce more local people who are doing interesting indoor and outdoor activities around our island..
