Fishing near Peljesac (1950s)

A collection of photos about fishing in Mali Ston Bay, a narrow bay that divides Peljesac from the Mainland. A local fisherman is using fish nets to surround the large school of fish and harpoons to get them. The fishing technique is called ‘zagrada‘. The photos are taken in the summertime in 1950s:
