Controversial Coloured Facade in Korcula Old Town

Newly yellow painted facade of one of the larger buildings in Korcula Old Town has recently provoked debate and disagreement among Korculans. The latest update in the whole story is that the owners of the building received an order by Directorate for Cultural Heritage Protection of Ministry of Culture (Conservation Department in Dubrovnikfor the area of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County) to repaint the building in a different colour.
I am not sure when it will be repainted, but I wanted to keep this photo as a souvenir of this little dispute
