“Billiards Club Pupnat”, with four Pool-tables, makes Korcula as the only island of Croatia with a billiards club.

The Club, in which all four disciplines of pool are being played,was formed in 2001. It′s active members came from all over the island, and participate in regular tournaments on state and national level.

Billiards Club Pupnat holds regular annual “Pupnat Open” (in late September) in “international eight-ball”, which attracts players from all over Balcans and even countries as far as Germany and Russia. On the last Pupnat Open the club had five players from one of the bigest clubs in Moscow-“Modus Vita”.

On top of the regular club tournaments, in the summer-holiday season the club holds every wednesday a tournament with attractive prizes,so that all those guest holiday on the island ,with a passion for Pool can participate
