Walking Route from Korcula Town via Dracevica (Zrnovo) to Gornje Blato and Lumbarda

This walking route takes me about 4 hrs to complete - I usually allocate the whole day to it, as I like to take breaks along the route to enjoy the views, drink cofee and eat some nice food :-)
The route starts from Korcula Town along the seafront via Sveti Nikola, Strecica to the main road to Zrnovo (map bellow point 1).
Few hundred meters before you reach traffic lights in Zrnovo, turn left on tarmac road (2). Keep walking along the tarmac road, ignoring any turn left (some left roads lead to dead end!) until you come to the part of the route from where you can see the archipelago (3). Keep walking & enjoying the views :-)
When you reach the (4) the road ends and become just narrow path that leads through the bushes. Continue to walk through the bushes until you come out again on the tarmac road of Gornje Blato (5). From Gornje Blato just follow the road all the way above Javic hamlet, passing through Kosovo hamlet (6) and down to seashore of Lumbarda. Take bus to come back to Korcula Town from Lumbarda (check bus schedules) + See large map of the area

This nice route offers some great views (see above photos I took while walking this route) and takes you through remote vineyards and olive groves of Zrnovo and Lumbarda. Feel free to print this page and map for your reference.. Enjoy walking!
