Timetable for Ferry Catamaran Dubrovnik - Sipan - Mljet - Korcula - Lastovo is updated and ready for use for 2008 summer season.

We were patiently waiting for months for any kind of news from Authorities regarding this newly introduced ferry line. Now, it seems we have it.
However, the timetable is pretty poor and in my opinion it did not improve bad connection between Korcula and Dubrovnik at all.

According to Croatian media, 80% residents of Island of Mljet have sign a petition of protest against the new timetables for ferries to Mljet. The new timetables are expected to be valid from 01.06. to 30.09.07.

According to latest info from Croatia Ministry of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Developmet the timetable for fast catamaran ferry line No 9807 that will sail Dubrovnik-Sipanska Luka-Sobra-(Polace Mljet-Korcula-Lastovo) is not yet available due to contract as well as legal process which is still in procedure.

According to Ministry of Tourism and Transport of Republic of Croatia, for time beeing, there are following info available for new catamaran ferry link from Dubrovnik to Korcula and Lastovo:
1/ The service is expected to start on 01.06.07
2/ In July and August catamaran will sail from Dubrovnik to Korcula and Lastovo (Zaklopaticaor Ubli bay [...]

According to Sunce Association website in December 2005, as a part of public hearing, public presentation of the proposal of the Nature Park Lastovo was held in the town of Lastovo.
