Bosnia threatens to sue Croatia
The latest news about Peljesac Bridge development are following:
The member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina National Commission for Borders Mugdin Cukle said that the Bosnia and Herzegovinais likely to file a lawsuit with the International Court for Maritime Rights against the Republic of Croatia for the public tender that Croatia recently issued for the construction of Peljesac Bridge that will connect Croatia mainland and Peljesac Peninsula.
“As the separation line at sea between Croatia and BiH has not been completed yet, every activity must be put to a stop. If Croatia does not accept that, BiH will have to seek a solution to this problem at court”, Cukle said to Mostar daily Dnevni List.

Well, did Bosnia sue Croatia ?? Or did they choose to cooperate ? The bridge will be to everyone’s benefit, including tourists & economic development.
