Town House in Korcula Old Town

The house is located in the heart of Korcula Old Town - it is restored two storey townhouse.

Built sometime in the 1400’s from limestonequarried on the island of Vrnik, the house incorporates Old World traditions with contemporary designs and amenities.

The ground floor features a large kitchen/dining area and a tiled bathroom (with a shower). A small table and wooden benches on the street in front of the house provides a pleasant spot for breakfast and getting to know your neighbours.

The two upper floors contain a living room and double bedroom. The walk through living room contains a sofa/bed and a table that seats four. The bedroom contains a cozy sitting area and washbasin/dressing corner. The property features hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams, warm, natural materials and handcrafted furniture made by local artisans. Many of the pieces, including the shutters and window frames, are painted in the traditional sea green pigments typical of small Dalmatian fishing boats.

Up in the loft you can enjoy the first morning coffee and watch the sun rise behind the mountains or why not have a drink there before going to bed. There is an extra bed on the loft that will surely be appreciated by the younger generation
